It would feel very realistic if you could manage the youth teams. This could even be done via bringing in a set-piece coach, something teams like Liverpool and West Ham have famously done during the last few seasons. Going forward you could set up multiple different routines, and choose which one you want before your set piece is about to be taken, it would certainly add some versatility to your attack.
